Is this charger compatible with my vehicle?

It is compatible with all Tesla Models and all electric vehicles within the NACS alliance. J1772 vehicles can also use it when paired with a Tesla/NACS-to-J1772 adapter.  

What outlet or electrical connection does it require?

Plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15 power outlet. No hardwiring is needed. 

How fast can it charge?

Delivers up to 1.44 kW (2-5 miles per hour). Actual speed depends on your vehicle's capabilities, battery state of charge, and temperature

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes. The main control box has an IP67 rating, and the charging handle has a
Type 3R rating. It is suitable for outdoors but should be shielded from extreme weather conditions. 

How long is the charging cable?

16 feet.

Does it support app control or smart charging features?

Yes. The Lectron App (via WiFi or Bluetooth) lets you remotely schedule sessions, track real-time progress, and set kilowatt caps to save energy.
