Is this charger compatible with my vehicle?

It is compatible with all Tesla Models and all electric vehicles within the NACS alliance. J1772 vehicles can also use it when paired with a Tesla/NACS-to-J1772 adapter.

What outlet or electrical connection does it require?

It includes interchangeable NEMA 5-15 (Level 1) and NEMA 14-50 (Level 2) plugs. No hardwiring is needed. 

How fast can it charge?

Delivers up to 1.44 kW (2-5 miles per hour) at Level 1 and up to 9.6 kW (30+ miles per hour) at Level 2. Actual speed depends on your vehicle's capabilities, battery state of charge, and temperature.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes, it is weather-resistant for indoor/outdoor use, but avoiding extreme weather exposure is advised. 

How long is the charging cable?

16 feet.

Does it support app control or smart charging features?

No, but you can still track your charging progress via the LED status indicators on this charger.
