If you're a Tesla owner who wants to access more fast-charging stations other than in the Supercharger network, the Lectron CCS to Tesla Adapter is the perfect solution.

This adapter supports up to a 150 kWh charging rate for all Tesla Models S/3/X/Y, letting you fully charge your Tesla in just 45 minutes.

With its IP44 weatherproof design, a voltage rating of 500V with 300 amps of maximum current, and operating temperatures from -22 °F to 122 °F, you’re assured of safe, fast charging in all weather conditions. Rain or shine, you can count on the Lectron CCS-to-Tesla Adapter to deliver reliable performance, whenever and wherever you need to charge your Tesla vehicle.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use the adapter to charge your electric car.

Before using the adapter, ensure you’ve updated the firmware for a hassle-free charging experience.

Step 1: Attach the CCS connector to the adapter, ensuring it is securely attached. The adapter should fit snugly and not wiggle or move around.

Step 2: Wait 10 seconds before connecting the adapter to your car’s charging port. Ensure that the connectors are firmly attached and that there are no loose connections.
Step 3: Once everything is connected, plug the adapter into your car’s charging port. The station will communicate with your car and automatically charge your battery.
Step 4: Wait for your car to recognize the adapter. Charging will initiate once the connection is a success. Your green indicator light should start blinking.
Step 5: While your car is charging, you can monitor the progress on the charging station or on your car's dashboard display. The charging time may vary depending on the charging station's capacity and your car's battery level.
Step 6: When your car's battery is fully charged, turn off the charging station and unplug the adapter from your car’s charging port. To do this, press and hold the button on top of the charging plug then pull out the plug and adapter from the charging port.

To release the adapter from the charger, press and hold the button on top of the plug and disconnect the adapter.

Using the Lectron CCS-to-Tesla Adapter is straightforward and easy! By following these simple steps, you can charge your electric car at any Tesla charging station and enjoy the convenience of fast charging, whenever and wherever you go.
