Both parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. As a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory legal provisions of your country of residence.  

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and Lectron agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You hereby expressly waive your right to file or participate in a class-action lawsuit against Lectron.
