This notice describes the independent Meta Creator Marketplace integration operated for Lectron EV's internal marketing team.
Data and purpose
An authorized company administrator grants the Meta App access to the Lectron Facebook Page and linked Instagram professional account. The integration uses the Page access token, brand account identifiers and API-supplied creator usernames, biographies, countries, follower counts and available reach insights to evaluate creators for Lectron content partnerships and partnership-ad planning.
Processing and recipients
The backend sends read-only requests directly to Meta's Graph API. The private operator console processes responses locally on the company machine. This execution path uses no external AI service, analytics, tracking or third-party hosting. It does not onboard other brands or automatically send messages or publish advertisements.
Storage
The console does not save tokens to files, logs, cookies or browser storage. Tokens, search results and temporary shortlists are held in process memory. Disconnect and process exit clear references; the session expires after 30 minutes through the server's background expiry check. An operator may explicitly download a labelled CSV for internal review. Downloaded files are separate from the temporary session and must be managed and deleted by the company when no longer needed for their stated purpose.
Controls and deletion
Use Disconnect and clear session to remove the console's temporary data. Company administrators can revoke the Meta integration through Meta's business integration controls. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Lectron, contact contact@lectron.com with the application name and the affected creator username or account identifier. Do not include an access token or password. See the application's data deletion instructions for local downloaded files.
